When placing an order, you warrant that all provided information is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Availability information for products is listed in each individual product description. If tabi has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will not charge your credit or debit card until the items are about to be dispatched.

All prices listed on the tabi website are correct at the time of entering the information; however, we reserve the right to change the prices of any product at any time.

If your order has not been accepted, we will endeavor to contact you to explain the reason why.

The delivery period stated within the product descriptions of your order is approximate.

International shipments are subject to customs clearance requirements, and as such, the estimated delivery date may be affected and subject to change.

tabi shall not be liable for any destination charges, including but not limited to customs duties, taxes or other fees associated with international shipments.

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock.

tabi.ae will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with the law of the UAE.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

We accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of your purchase, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period if you are entitled to a refund. If approved, we will refund your purchase price, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you change your mind before we ship your order, we can cancel it without any charges. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is still possible; however, you will be responsible for any shipping, import, and tax charges.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Info@tabi.shoes or via WhatsApp with details of the product and the defect.
